We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover México, Central America & the Caribbean. This role will be part of the Sales team LATAM and report directly to the VP of Sales LATAM.

Location: Mexico City / Monterrey City

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales revenues from new and prospective BioCatch accounts, with an emphasis on generating business from target accounts.
  • Drive strategic account planning for specific accounts, managing opportunities through to successful deal closure while maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach.
  • Establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, and technology partners to execute BioCatch’s GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with executive management and BioCatch leadership to exceed sales objectives and expand BioCatch customer success.
  • Partner with the LATAM commercial team, including Business Development, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management functions, to maximize revenue and technology adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance BioCatch’s brand within prospective accounts.
  • Execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities, representing BioCatch at relevant events.
  • Accurately manage forecasting, including pipeline management and company reports.

Requirements

  • Ideally 8+ years of experience selling technology solutions, with a recent focus on solution-selling to banks, financial markets, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience in selling fraud prevention or cybersecurity solutions, with strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven track record in complex direct sales, securing multi-million value bookings with banks, credit card companies, financial services firms, or similar verticals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a consultative sales approach, thriving in a scale-up environment, with a “can-do” mentality and commitment to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and occasional international travel.
  • Native English speaker (mandatory).
  • Established network for Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean banking clients, with advanced skills in connecting with executive-level prospects.
  • Have a good reputation and credibility in the industry
