We are seeking a Knowledge and Enablement Manager responsible for shaping, managing, and continually improving BioCatch’s knowledge and learning ecosystem, both internally (employees) and externally (customer-facing). This includes maintaining and evolving our knowledge management infrastructure, driving adoption of the BioCatch Academy (our learning platform), and ensuring content across all channels - knowledge base, documentation, courses, and learning assets - is accurate, engaging, and impactful.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative enablement skills. You’ll work cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to capture, structure, and disseminate institutional knowledge. While you won’t directly manage people, you’ll influence and orchestrate contributions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management
- Own and evolve the company-wide knowledge management strategy and framework.
- Drive adoption of knowledge tools and platforms, ensuring accessibility and usability for all stakeholders.
- Curate, structure, and maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Implement best practices for content governance, taxonomy, and version control.
- Act as the central point of contact for all knowledge-related processes and initiatives.
Learning & Enablement
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality learning content within the BioCatch Academy.
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Develop training paths, onboarding programs, and microlearning content for employees and customers.
- Collaborate with SMEs to convert their expertise into structured, scalable learning materials.
- Measure learning impact and engagement through analytics, surveys, and continuous feedback loops.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align learning and documentation with company goals.
- Establish content contribution processes and provide coaching to internal contributors.
- Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across all knowledge and enablement materials.
- Serve as a connector and champion for knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
Annual base salary range for the US - $90,000-100,000
Requirements
Required:
- Proven experience in knowledge management, learning and development, sales/product enablement, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience managing or implementing knowledge bases, learning platforms (KMS/LMS/LXP), or documentation systems.
- Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity company, ideally in the anti-fraud/financial crimes detection industry.
- Strong content creation and instructional design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; adept at influencing without authority.
- Experience working with cross-functional, global teams in hybrid or remote environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Native or fluent English proficiency
- Location: USA (East/Central - remotely), or Israel (hybrid)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with KMS/LMS tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Salesforce, Docebo and others.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., EasyGenerator, Articulate360, Rise, or similar).
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Passion for driving continuous learning and knowledge-sharing cultures.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
