Description

Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.

By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights at an infinite scale for less than half the cost.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT/Facilities Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT/Facilities support to our employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

● Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems across various platforms, including PC, MAC, iOS, Android, and printers.

● Responding to IT support tickets in a timely manner.

● Providing basic problem-solving and assistance for hardware and software issues.

● Offering individual basic training on iOS software and machines.

● Maintaining and updating inventory records and documentation.

● Evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.

● Assisting with upgrades and new installations.

● Ensuring excellent customer service to internal users, meeting their technical needs effectively.

● Demonstrating high phone etiquette, professionalism, and customer service skills at all levels.

● Showing strong attention to detail and high conflict-resolution skills.

● Utilizing strong listening and communication skills to take initiative, manage complicated situations, and convey information clearly.

● Demonstrating interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve.

● Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

● Experience in IT support or a related field.

● Basic knowledge of network configuration and server configuration.

● Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols.

● Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PC, Camera, Printer).

● Experience with Zoom setup and troubleshooting.

● Knowledge of Mac and Windows systems.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Schedule:

Flexible Work Day Schedule: 3-4 days a week in the office
