We are actively seeking our next high-caliber Account Executive for the US Market to join our dynamic and high-performing sales team to embark on our mission to revolutionize the recruitment industry and make a tangible impact.

What will your role entail?
- Identify key account opportunities, develop strategies, and successfully close new business deals.
- Manage the entire sales process, including pricing proposals, negotiation, contracting, and other essential elements, all in alignment with GoPerfect’s established sales methodology.
- Take charge of the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in sales forecasts.
- Lead consultative sales engagements by thoroughly understanding a prospect’s business challenges, offering impactful solutions, and demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment.
How you can add value to our team?
- A minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience in a closing role - Must
- Exceptional customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in negotiating and navigating through contracts, security, and legal discussions.
- Self-starter with a result-oriented, high-energy, adaptable, and inquisitive attitude.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities while maximizing and nurturing client relationships.

- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with Sales Operations and the BizDev team to analyze data, map account plans, and enhance sales conversions.
