Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oregon, United States for a Founding Account Executive. The Founding Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading sales processes, and achieving revenue targets. The role also includes collaborating closely with internal teams, staying informed about industry trends, and contributing to the development of the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, account management, and closing deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to foster client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in performing data analysis to drive sales strategies
  • Understanding of the recruitment or talent acquisition industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to team objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
