What You’ll Do

At Reeco, our Senior Marketing Manager is the driving force behind ensuring our brand makes an impact in the hospitality world. From hospitality conferences to our online presence, this role is about leading a dynamic team to deliver marketing excellence.

You’ll be the one making sure we’re everywhere we need to be, managing our physical presence at key industry events, overseeing our digital and branding strategies, and ensuring we look sharp across all platforms. You’ll own our social media, communicate with PR agencies, and work closely with our marketing designers to ensure our brand stands out. Oh, and you’ll also lead our loyalty program, collaborating with some of the biggest influencers in hospitality

You will work closely with higher management, including VP and C-level executives, especially in the sales area, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals to maximize our market impact.

Who You Are

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing and building teams.
Proven track record in both digital marketing (social media, online branding, PR) and physical marketing (conferences, print collateral).
Experience in running loyalty programs, especially with high-profile figures or influencers, is a big plus.
Strong knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with working in fast-paced tech companies, balancing both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Strong design sensibilities and experience collaborating with designers to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all platforms.
Excellent communication skills, including experience working with external agencies (e.g., PR agencies) and internal teams.
