- 4-6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Strong grasp of both functional and non-functional testing methodologies, including writing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify, document, prioritize, and track defects clearly and effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to Technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to map out and test critical user flows.
Execute manual test cases to ensure product reliability, and identify, track, and report issues promptly. - Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C#, JavaScript, TypeScript) with the ability to write simple scripts or implement test automation is a big advantage.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit) and familiarity with version control systems like Git, including basic branching and merging practices, are highly desirable. - Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data validation and understanding the role of QA in deployment processes
