What You'll Do
As a Business Applications Manager, you will take full ownership of Reeco’s internal business systems, data flows, and process automation. Your work will be critical in ensuring seamless system integrations, operational efficiency, and data consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to Business Applications partner for internal teams, understanding operational needs and translating them into effective system solutions.
  • Own, administer, and optimize key systems including HubSpot, Totango, Intercom, and other customer engagement or analytics tools.
  • Lead the integration and automation of internal tools using low-code platforms like Zapier or n8n, ensuring seamless data flow and scalable workflows.
  • Design, manage, and document end-to-end business processes across CRM, customer success, support, and marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to implement system enhancements that drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, enforce best practices, and support internal teams with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage user support, training, and onboarding for business applications.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging tools to continuously improve our internal tech stack.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot and at least one other customer-facing platform (e.g., Totango, Intercom, or similar).
  • Experience with low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms — a must.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable system configurations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data validation skills.
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end: from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and training.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and platform integrations — a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment — a strong advantage.
