Miami, FL- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute conferences, trade shows, and internal events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Sales Enablement: Develop, organize, and maintain sales materials, presentations, and other collateral to support sales teams.
- Process Management: Implement and improve marketing processes, workflows, and systems to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer success, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Tracking: Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators for events and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operation, event coordination, or similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, project management software, marketing automation tools).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and systems.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
