Job Summary
Reeco is looking for a VP of Revenue to lead and scale our revenue organization across new business sales, customer expansion, and strategic partnerships.
This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on builder who can define strategy while driving execution. You will be responsible for creating a predictable and scalable revenue engine, establishing operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams across the full customer lifecycle.
You will work closely with executive leadership to align go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue operations, and ensure strong execution across all revenue-generating functions.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth:
- Own and drive company revenue targets across new and existing customers
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for customer acquisition and expansion
- Build a scalable land-and-expand motion across multi-property hospitality organizations
- Align sales, customer growth, and partnerships under a unified revenue strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities across segments, products, and channels
Revenue Operations & Infrastructure:
- Design and lead the company’s Revenue Operations strategy, including CRM architecture, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Establish forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Define key revenue metrics and build dashboards for leadership
- Design compensation plans and territory structures
- Create scalable processes that support growth and improve funnel conversion
- Partner closely with Marketing on demand generation performance
Sales Leadership:
- Build and lead high-performing enterprise and mid-market sales teams
- Develop and implement sales playbooks and qualification frameworks
- Drive strong deal strategy and pipeline inspection
- Coach and mentor account executives and sales leaders
- Lead and support complex, strategic deals
Customer Growth & Expansion:
- Partner closely with Customer Experience and Marketing to drive expansion revenue
- Drive multi-property adoption, product expansion, and account-based growth strategies
- Develop long-term account plans focused on retention and expansion
Partnerships:
Develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue through:
- Hospitality technology ecosystems
- Industry integrations
- Channel and referral relationships
- Strategic alliances that expand market reach
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS revenue leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments
- Experience leading Revenue Operations strategy
- Track record of building revenue infrastructure and teams
- Experience with enterprise SaaS sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality tech, procurement platforms, or B2B marketplaces
- Experience working with multi-property or multi-entity enterprise customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
