ShieldIoT, an IoT security startup, is looking for an expert in cybersecurity to take a major part in building our IoT cybersecurity product, and be the focal point for cybersecurity for the team. The ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrated knowledge of delivering technical security solutions, building security models, analyzing communication data, and identifying cyber attack patterns in such data. Candidate must have strong experience and understanding of cyber security concepts, software development knowledge, and product perspective. Job role involves interfacing with Engineering, Data Analysts, Customers, and other functional teams and individuals.Job Requirements- Excellent research and design skills.- Ready to lead the security architecture, design and development of a breakthrough IoT security product.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or equivalent job experience- 3+ years direct Security Architecture or Senior Security Engineering in a progressive technology setting- 3+ years technical Security subject matter expertise in multiple areas such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, IoT security, OT security or Cloud Security- Strong hands on experience with network traffic analysis, searching for cyber attacks patterns- Vast experience with security tools such as: Firewalls, NGAV, EDR, SIEM, GPO, Proxy, SSO, MFA, IPS, DLP, and others- Ability to lead, influence, motivate and direct a workgroup to achieve results- Excellent communication skills- Fluent English speakerAdvantages- Data Science knowledge- Startup experience- Customer facing experience- Security regulations / standards knowledge
