Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of managing data scientists, machine learning engineers and data engineers (over 5 years - an advantage, managing MLOps engineers - an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a data scientist, ML engineer or big data engineer.
• Development experience in Python (Scala experience - An advantage).
• Graduate degree in computer science, statistics or applied mathematics (PhD - An advantage).
• Deployment of a machine learning project to production - A requirement.
• Experience with one of the following techniques is an advantage: Explainable AI (XAI) algorithms, causal inference methods, out of distribution (OOD) data detection methods, adversarial machine learning techniques.
• Implementing a machine learning algorithm from scratch - An advantage.
